The course presentation and the putting services are always in excellent condition and 18 holes is a very interesting test for all types of golfer. The course boasts fantastic views, spectacular holes and no two holes are alike. The club has a fleet of 20 electric buggies and a floodlit driving range. The Golf Club is a muture parkland which is built on a limestone shelf. Due to the limestone shelf the course is well known in the whole Bristol area for its extraordinary drainage qualities and only shut for 9 days from 1st July 2008 to 30th June 2009, 7 days of which were due to snow in February 2009. The club is just off the Bristol Ring Road. Directions and further details are available on the website.

Played this course yesterday with a few friends and we were all extremely impressed with the course. After the poor weather of the last month or so the course was in excellent condition. A real challenge for golfers of all handicaps. Beautiful location and a snip at less than 20 a round. It's worth noting that the course is very hilly in parts so if you've had a beer or 2 the night before or are just a bit lazy, a buggy is a very good idea! The ones with GPS are well worth investing in. Great course, great value for money.

Testing parkland course set in beautiful surroundings. 18 holes, 6055 yards. S.S.S. 69. Driving range, practice green/bunker. The course is built on a natural limestone shelf and therefore the holes drain exceptional well with the result that the course hardly ever closes.

The driving range is floodlit and has been mentioned by users as one of the most attractively designed in the area.

Society offers start from £24.00 including coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf and a two course meal which can include a Roast.

Monday Madness offers a free meal with any round of 18 holes on a Monday.

Buggies available from just £8.00
One mile from Hicks Gate roundabout which is where the Bristol Ring Road (A4174) and the A4 by Keynsham meet. Follow the signs for Golf Club and driving range.

Or one mile from the A37 in Whitchurch, Bristol by following signs through Stockwood.
