CLUB HISTORY
The course was designed by Neil Coles and Brian Hugget and opened for play in 1976. Whilst it is not a long course by modern standards, the combination of tree lined fairways and the succession of water holes makes it a particularly challenging course. Playing to your handicap is a real achievement at Silvermere.
GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

05/08/2002 - Sent by Rich Calvert
Silvermere was very quiet when we went there during the week, I thought the whole thing was in very good condition, the main thing about it is the large ponds on the last few holes. The last two greens are on the other side of about 100 yards of water so I lost quite a few balls but it was good fun.

OTHER INFORMATION
The 18-hole, former European Tour qualifying Golf Course, is undoubtedly one of the most challenging pay and play courses in Surrey and is available for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or an enthusiastic beginner, our beautiful course has something to suit all tastes.

Silvermere has everything a golfer needs to improve their game; a fully stocked Golf Shop, custom fitting facilities, a floodlit driving range, short game practice areas and of course PGA Coaches with years of experience. The extensive choice of pros and our long opening hours means we will always find a way of improving your game around your busy schedule.

After working up an appetite on the golf course pop into the idyllic Silvermere Inn on the Lake Bistro for a bite to eat. The beautiful lakeside setting and incredibly varied menu make it the perfect location for golfers and non-golfers alike.
