CLUB HISTORY
The club was founded in 1913 and the challenging 10th hole offers golfers the internationally famous Logans Loch to play over. Golfing on the links at Seahouses can offer spectacular views of the coastline from Bamburgh to Beadnell and out to the Farne Islands - of Grace Darling fame; the village of Beadnell, the Simonside and Cheviot hills and the rolling North Northumbrian countryside.
GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

18/11/2009 - Sent by James Marshall
Seahouses Golf Club is a GEM. My son who was visiting the UK from Ireland and a golfing holiday in Northumberland. We played Seahouses in early November 2009. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition, the course includes the 10th which is one of 'Golf Worlds' top 100 most difficult par 3's. Our visit to Northumberland was memorable for the hospitality, friendliness and the golf and I would strongly recommend a golf break in this area. We also played the courses at Warkworth, Alnmouth Village (both delightful 9 hole courses) and Alnwick. The only downside was the welcome and treatment by the Steward at Seahouses who was clearly having a bad day. This did not detract from our visit to the gem of a links course.

OTHER INFORMATION
The club lies just off the B1340 south of Seahouses Village. It is a typical links course with many hazards. The club has hosted many Northumberland competitions over the years.
