CLUB HISTORY
Founded in 1971. Formerly known as Wideopen GC and now part of Northern Racing the Golf Course and Gosforth Park Estate as a whole is undergoing substantial developement and investment. A 5 year plan for both is currently underway seeing many improvements.
OTHER INFORMATION
A parkland course is set in pleasant parkland with challenging shots around and sometimes over attractive water hazards. The first 9 holes are easier but the second 9 test even the most experienced golfer. Also has a 9 hole Pitch & Putt course.
