Friendliest Club on the Coast Telephone 01262 850333
Nestled in the East Riding of Yorkshire can be found Flamborough Head Golf Club which was founded in 1931. This East Coast links course moulds itself around the contours of the cliffs which form part of the famous Flamborough Head. It is surrounded by some of the most panoramic views of the North Sea to be found on the Yorkshire coast, including both lighthouses. Our 18 hole golf course provides both a demanding test of your golfing skills and an enjoyable experience for Members and Visitors of all abilities throughout the year. Standing on the 1st tee the unwary can be forgiven for being deceived by the apparent gentleness of the view across the golf course

Directions to the club
From Hull
Leave Hull on the A165 towards Bridlington. After about 27 miles take the fourth exit from the roundabout on the A165, with the Moor Lane. Take the first exit left and after one mile turn right onto the A614 towards Bridlington. At the next traffic lights go straight ahead which takes you back onto the A165. At the next roundabout take the 2 exit, bear left and almost immediately take the first exit on the next mini roundabout towards Flamborough. After six miles on the B1255 you reach the village Church on your right hand side and 50 yards after that turn right on to the B1259 towards Flamborough Head. The Golf Club is sign posted at this junction and is about a mile down the road on your left hand with the entrance to the Club again on your left hand side just before you reach the old light house.
From Scarborough
Leave Scarborough on the A165. After approximately 12 miles take the first exit off the dual carriageway at the Dotterell Pub onto the B1229 (signposted Speeton & Bempton). Follow this road for about 9 miles through Buckton & Bempton until you reach a ‘T’ junction with Church Lane on the outskirts of Flamborough Village. Bear left into Church Street for 150 yards and then turn right on to the B1259, just past the village Church, towards Flamborough Head. The Golf Club is sign posted at this junction and is about a mile down the road on your left hand with the entrance to the Club again on your left hand side just before you reach the old light house.
