About 10 years old. Only recently had some bunkers put in for the first time. Clubhouse extended with new changing facilities and better bar/restaurant facilities

Played a four ball here on a saturday. All of us enjoyed it . The greens were in great condition and the rest of the course is very well looked after ,although the course could do with some more bunkers. That said, this course is a must for all high and low handicappers.

A thoroughly enjoyable course. Very open with wide forgiving fairways, few water hazards but with some long holes. Some holes are teasers where you are tempted to go for a short-cut, a good shot pays big dividends but a poor shot and the ball is gone for ever. Greens are good although they do suffer from the usual problem of inconsiderate golfers not repaing pitch marks. It would be nice to be able to play either the front or back 9 when pressed for time but there is no option for this other than pay full course price and just play half.

A 9 hole par 3 course is also available for 5 a round which is a bargain. More hazards on this course than the main but it gets you to tighten up your short game significantly. My 10 year old son is also learning the game and this is a good course for children to both learn on and compete with adults as long distance strokes are not required.

I have had lessons with the resident pro - John Major (no, not that one) and he has brought my game on significantly. I was that pleased i have bought more lessons.

The club house is not huge but has a reasonable pro shop and bar. Large car park available but watch out for the pot holes on entry.

An historic parkland course with a new 9-hole short course designed by Martin Hawtree.

Very friendly atmosphere and quite a forgiving course

Visitors and Societies will find it a good course

Just outside Aylesbury town centre off the A418.
