- Take the A96 north out of Aberdeen, past Inverurie. Continue on the A96, under the railway bridge (with traffic lights) and on for a few miles to the Oyne fork
- Take the left fork (the B9002), following the signs for Insch & Archeolink (at Oyne).Proceed through Oyne (slow down to avoid the traffic police), past Archeolink on the B9002 until you arrive at Insch railway station.
- Turn right (before the level crossing) and follow the road into Insch Town Centre. Once you pass Jack Coopers bakery, take the next left toward the Bennachie Sports Centre
- Take the second on the left (Golf Terrace) and park in the carpark by the clubhouse
- It takes 45 mins (Aberdeen to Insch) on a good day
