Established in 1930, this 18-hole undulating parkland course is located in the grounds of Allestree Hall within Allestree Park. The higher points of the course allow picturesque views across rural Derbyshire. The course offers a challenging test of golf with the trees, which line the fairways, ready to catch the wayward shot! All in all a fantastic test of skill and an enjoyable day out.

Allestree Park Golf Club is very proud of its reputation as one of the most friendliest clubs in the Midlands. This thriving Club has a growing membership but still seeks more ladies juniors and gents...
Some of your questions answered -
I am new to golf, can I still join? - Yes of course, we welcome all golfers of all abilities, with a season ticket.
Is there a joining fee? - No, we have now abolished the joining fee. Only the annual fee is paid.
Can I get an official handicap? - Yes, Allestree Park Golf Club is affiliated to the English Golf Union and after the completion of three rounds of the competition tees a handicap will be allocated. And of course, when playing other courses you can use your handicap certificate (which can be obtained from the handicap secretary) to enable you to play.
Will I be able to play in competitions? - Yes, Every Sunday morning we have our club competitions and during the summer months we have midweek competitions held on Tuesdays [which is also members night].
What can I win? - At Allestree we are famed for our excellent end of season prizes, as all money from each competitions goes towards the prizes at the end of the year.
